Holy Week Services at FPC

Holy Week begins on March 24 (Palm Sunday) and ends on Easter Sunday (March 31st). During that week in between we'll be hosting worship services each evening--a time of prayer, scripture, and communion. Here's what to mark on your calendars:

March 24: Palm Sunday worship at 9am & 10:45 a.m.--we remember Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem

March 25: Contemplative worship at 6:30 p.m.

March 26: Contemplative worship at 6:30 p.m.

March 27: Contemplative worship at 6:30 p.m.

Community Forum: Death Cafe

Everyone goes through it, but no one wants to talk about it. We'll all die someday and we'll all experience the death of someone we love. Join us for a "death cafe"--a time for open and honest conversation about end-of-life issues and planning in a comfortable environment with folks who are experts. Holy Week Services

As Holy Week begins on Sunday, April 2 with Palm Sunday, we invite you to join us for evening services of prayer and communion all throughout the week as we journey toward the cross and resurrection. Each night we'll look at a portion of Jesus' passion as we find it in the Gospel of Luke, celebrate communion together, and allow space for quiet contemplation. Each service begins at 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday of Holy Week and lasts about a half hour. We hope you'll join us.
